Our Client a Federal government department is seeking an experienced SOE Engineer to design, implement, and maintain a secure, cloud-first end-user computing environment. This is a hands-on technical role with a strong focus on Microsoft Intune, Windows Defender Application Control (WDAC), and modern SOE design.

• Lead migration from Ivanti Application Control to WDAC, including policy design and deployment.
• Manage Windows 11 endpoints via Microsoft Intune (compliance, configuration, Autopilot).
• Package and deploy applications using Intune (Win32/MSIX).
• Implement Windows Update for Business policies for feature updates and patch compliance.
• Manage Microsoft Teams-certified devices and smartphones via Intune MDM/MAM.
• Maintain SOE standards and security baselines (BitLocker, ASR, Defender, WDAC).

What we are Looking for:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Expertise in Microsoft Intune and WDAC policy design.
• Strong background in application packaging and automated deployment.
• PowerShell scripting skills.
