Senior Business Analyst

We're looking for a Business Analyst with experience across applications, infrastructure, and digital projects. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, and can manage multiple initiatives within a programme framework.

You'll play a key role in infrastructure upgrades, digital transformation activities, and application implementation projects, working closely with senior stakeholders and navigating complex organisational structures.

• Support and deliver infrastructure and digital projects.
• Manage and coordinate multiple applications, ensuring smooth integration and alignment with business needs.
• Operate within a matrix programme framework, contributing to several projects simultaneously.
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for digital and infrastructure initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand needs and deliver outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and communication between technical and business teams.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to streamline processes.
• Support change management and adoption of new systems and processes.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in infrastructure, digital, or application projects.
• Strong ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
