Solution Designer/Architect

Join a forward-thinking team driving automation and modernisation across enterprise software delivery. We're seeking a hands-on Solution Designer to lead the design and implementation of an integrated change management automation solution using ServiceNow DevOps Change Velocity and Azure DevOps.

You'll work closely with technical and business stakeholders to streamline ITIL change processes, automate workflows, and support risk-based decision logic across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated change workflows in ServiceNow triggered via Azure DevOps pipelines
• Collaborate with ITSM stakeholders to define risk-based approval logic and deployment triggers
• Ensure accurate change outcomes and automated closure or manual review processes
• Customise Azure DevOps test plans to support risk-based logic
• Advocate for automation in complex stakeholder environments
• Contribute to policy and procedure updates supporting new processes

About You
You're a collaborative and technically skilled designer who thrives in complex environments and enjoys solving problems through automation and integration.

Skills & Experience
✔ Hands-on experience with ServiceNow DevOps Change Velocity and Azure DevOps integration
✔ Strong understanding of ITIL change management and automation opportunities
✔ Experience designing workflows and business logic in ServiceNow
✔ Familiarity with Azure DevOps pipelines and test plan customisation
✔ Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
✔ Ability to produce clear design documentation and contribute to policy updates
✔ NV-1 clearance or ability to obtain
