Associate Service Desk Analyst

This position will be for 12 months, with two 6 month extensions.

Successful candidate/s will be able to demonstrate autonomous working behaviours.

The candidate will have a Baseline security clearance.

The candidate will need to be physically able to move, lift and carry IT equipment.

Essential criteria

1.Essential Criteria: The candidate must have the ability to work in a technical IT Service Desk environment, while remaining focused and collaborative with peers.

Candidate must be able to work autonomously and have a desire to seek out and complete work assigned tasks. Candidate must have a customer service focused skillset.

Candidate must be able to work out of hours, on a rotating on-call roster.

Candidate must be able to troubleshoot IT issues and communicate clearly and concisely over the phone to both internal and external stakeholders.

Candidate must be able to work reasonable overtime hours as directed by operational needs.

Desirable criteria

1.Desirable Criteria: Candidate can demonstrate experience with on prem active directory, AAD, exchange/mailboxes/distribution lists, user profiles, windows 10/11 troubleshooting, Office365 and MS Teams. Candidate to have experience with an ITSM solution, ticketing triage, incidents, requests, and escalation. Candidate to have Level 1/2 ICT troubleshooting experience and privileged user account experience.
