IT Organisational Change Manager

Our Client a leading federal agency is seeking an experienced Organisational Change Manager to lead and embed change management practices across a large, complex organisation. This role is critical to ensuring successful adoption of transformation initiatives and realisation of business outcomes.

You'll work closely with program managers, delivery teams, and executive sponsors to assess change impacts, develop readiness strategies, and drive user adoption through structured change management approaches.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement tailored change management strategies and plans
• Conduct impact assessments and organisational readiness evaluations
• Develop and deliver communication and training plans to support adoption
• Engage stakeholders across business units and manage resistance
• Monitor change effectiveness and report on adoption outcomes
• Mentor staff and promote change capability across the organisation

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in leading change management initiatives in complex environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across all levels
• Skilled in identifying change impacts and developing mitigation strategies
• Experience delivering training, communications, and support materials
• Ability to integrate change into project and program delivery frameworks
• Familiarity with tools to measure adoption and benefit realisation
