Clicks IT Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading Australian software provider in the education and transport sector, currently seeking a Client Services Team Leader based in South Melbourne.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a dynamic support and implementation team, delivering exceptional service to clients across Australia. You'll be responsible for coordinating onboarding processes, managing support tickets, overseeing hardware logistics, and driving continuous improvement in customer education and service delivery.
Your leadership will ensure the team meets KPIs, maintains high service standards, and communicates effectively with internal development teams to resolve software issues. You'll also play a key role in stock management and client invoicing.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience leading a support/helpdesk team
- Strong background in SaaS support and customer service
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
- Experience in education or transport sectors (desirable)
- Proficiency in Excel and data management
