Senior NetApp & CommVault Infrastructure Engineer

Are you a seasoned infrastructure engineer with deep expertise in NetApp and CommVault?

Our client is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and management of enterprise storage and backup systems across hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy storage and backup solutions across on-prem and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, M365).
• Develop and manage backup strategies, monitor job success, and optimize performance.
• Lead disaster recovery planning and conduct recovery drills.
• Monitor and tune system performance; plan for future capacity.
• Troubleshoot failures and restore functionality to prevent data loss.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with standards (e.g., ASD Essential 8).

Key Skills Required

• Hands-on experience with NetApp storage systems and CommVault backup tools.
• Proficiency with SAN/NAS/DAS, AWS S3, Azure Blob Storage.
• Familiarity with Veeam, Rubrik, AWS Backup, Azure Recovery Services.
• Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash) and Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
• Strong understanding of Windows/Linux OS, VMware/Hyper-V, and storage protocols.
• Proven experience managing NetApp storage in enterprise environments.
• Expertise in cloud storage integration and secure data management.
• Strong background in backup/recovery using enterprise-grade tools.
