Full-Time | Hybrid (3 days in office - Sydney)

About the Role

In this role, you'll help design, build, and support SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) solutions that keep our systems secure and our people connected. You'll work on a variety of IAM projects, collaborate with great people, and have the freedom to share ideas and make a real impact.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build and maintain SailPoint IIQ workflows, rules, and connectors

• Integrate SailPoint with Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP, databases, and cloud platforms

• Support application onboarding and role-based access configurations

• Troubleshoot issues and continuously improve performance

• Work closely with security, infrastructure, and application teams to deliver secure access solutions

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years' experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ development and administration

• Strong skills in Java, BeanShell, XML, and REST/SOAP APIs

• Understanding of IAM principles (RBAC, SOD, access governance)

• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, LDAP, and SQL databases

• Familiarity with AWS or Azure (highly regarded)

• SailPoint certification and Agile experience are a plus

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
