Senior Change Manager

We are seeking a Change Manager to support a Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) transformation and organisational redesign project. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in operational sectors (energy, transport), manufacturing, or pharma, and a track record of delivering change projects involving business process re-engineering-not just technology implementation.
You will report to the IT Portfolio Change Lead and work closely with project teams, business SMEs, and stakeholders to plan and deliver change management activities, leveraging established methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement change management activities for a major GRC and organisational redesign initiative.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement forums and working groups, ensuring clear communication across business and technical teams.
- Support the creation and distribution of project communications (newsletters, emails, presentations).
- Build and enable a network of change agents and SMEs, focusing on change leadership capability.
- Partner with business analysts and technical specialists to drive business process re-engineering for future state operations.
- Assess change impacts across roles, processes, technology, and culture, and develop comprehensive change management plans.
- Track adoption, utilisation, and proficiency of changes, providing regular reporting to leadership.
- Develop and deliver training programmes and workshops for end-users, ensuring a smooth transition and ongoing support.
Experience & Skills
- 5-7 years' experience in Change Management, ideally within operational (energy, transport), manufacturing, or pharma sectors.
- Proven experience in business transformation and process re-engineering projects.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across complex and diverse groups.
- Experience supporting business process change and producing artefacts for operational teams.
- Familiarity with enterprise software implementations (e.g., GRC, ERP, HRMS, CRM) is desirable.
- Experience with digital adoption tools is a plus.
Clearance
- Baseline NV1 security clearance is highly preferred.
