I am looking for a Senior Product Owner to take ownership of a suite of AI-powered products transforming operations in a fast-paced, high-volume service industry.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the roadmap of a platform that leverages computer vision, cloud infrastructure, and real-time data to solve real-world challenges at scale. You'll play a key role in leading cross-functional teams, driving product delivery, and ensuring customer value from concept to launch.
What you will do
- Act as the Scrum Product Owner across multiple Agile teams, managing and prioritising product backlogs.
- Translate business goals and customer needs into clear, actionable user stories and product requirements.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality features on time.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, marketing, sales, and operations.
- Analyse product performance and customer feedback to guide continuous improvement.
- Champion data-driven decision-making, using product metrics and user insights to refine the roadmap.
What you will bring
- 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior role.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certification.
- Strong background in SaaS, IoT, or real-time analytics products.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex product lifecycles from idea through to launch.
- Passion for AI, computer vision, and leveraging emerging technologies to solve operational problems.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on delivering value to customers early and often.
- Excellent stakeholder and communication skills, with the ability to influence across teams.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and product analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of edge computing, sensor integration, and cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, etc.).
- Experience in QSR, retail, or similar high-throughput environments is highly regarded
