Business Analyst

• Working closely with business stakeholder, understanding, discovering, defining, validating, prioritising and continuously managing business requirements
• Translating business needs into clear and comprehensive technical specifications
• Synthesising business and technical requirements and concepts and presenting them in clear and straightforward terms

• Providing input during the design phase, ensuring that technical solutions align with business goals
• Facilitating workshops and perform business analysis activities including business process modelling, business and solution requirements lifecycle management, and data modelling
• Assisting team members with effectively documenting the systems and solutions that the team develops, delivers and maintains
• Working with an outcome focus, demonstrating an ability to effectively challenge the business while retaining a customer focus
• Continuously monitor system performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in complex IT projects
2. Strong Experience in Site Reliability projects
3. Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
4. Experience working in complex programs, structuring business analysis processes
5. Experience in process mapping and documentation.
6. Able to work in a fast-paced collaborative team and other technical support areas.
