Our Client:

A trusted leader in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of advanced fire protection solutions, supporting a wide range of industries with reliable fire suppression products and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain Odoo modules related to Manufacturing Order Forms (MOF), Bill of Materials (BOM), and Inventory.
• Develop and manage detailed product structures within Odoo.
• Upload, manage, and organise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in the Odoo Knowledge app.
• Ensure SOP compliance and visibility across relevant departments.
• Supervise Warehouse Management System (WHMS) operations and ensure seamless integration with Odoo.
• Maintain and update product Pricelists in Odoo, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business needs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver system enhancements or customisations as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with Odoo ERP, especially in manufacturing, inventory, and product management modules.
• Strong understanding of MOF, BOM, Inventory, and Product Structure processes.
• Familiarity with the Knowledge app in Odoo and experience uploading and organising SOPs.
• Experience with WHMS and supervising warehouse operations in an ERP context.
• Proficiency in managing Pricelists and understanding pricing strategies within Odoo.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

• Odoo certification or formal ERP training
• Experience with Python and Odoo custom module development
• Knowledge of supply chain and manufacturing best practices
