Our client a Leading Federal Government agency is looking for a Salesforce Admin/support person to come and work in their team.
What You'll Do
- Salesforce support for Level 1 & 2 support.
- Onboard and empower users to get the most out of Salesforce.
- Manage data imports and updates with precision and compliance.
- Build insightful reports and dashboards that drive decision-making.
- Deploy changes via Azure DevOps and ensure smooth releases.
- Participate in an on-call roster for critical incidents (1 week/month).
What We're Looking For
- Salesforce Certifications: Admin / App Builder / Developer (mandatory).
- 3+ years hands-on experience supporting Salesforce applications.
- Strong skills in:
- Data Loader and data governance
- Reports & Dashboards
- User provisioning and permission
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce seasonal releases and sandbox refresh.
