Business Analyst (HR Systems, ERP, Payroll)

A forward-thinking Corporate Services team is seeking a skilled Senior Business Analyst for a Payroll, Timekeeping, and HR project. Reporting to the Program Manager, you'll play a key role in collating requirements, documenting as-is and to-be processes, and supporting the procurement and implementation of a new system.

The Role:
As the HR Business Analyst, you'll lead the validation and documentation of Payroll, Timekeeping, and HR requirements. You'll work collaboratively to:
✅ Document high-level as-is and to-be processes (to process level 2)
✅ Assist with the procurement of a new system
✅ Conduct complex business and systems process analysis
✅ Support system implementation phases: configuration, testing, data mapping/migration, cut-over, and post-launch
✅ Identify and manage project issues, risks, and benefits

What You'll Bring:
🔹 6+ years' experience in a Senior Business Analyst role implementing ERP Payroll and Timekeeping systems
🔹 Proven requirements management and process documentation expertise
🔹 Strong strategic thinking, research, and critical evaluation skills
🔹 Experience with agile/adaptive delivery methods
🔹 Exceptional communication, engagement, influencing, and facilitation skills
🔹 Experience in large-scale HR system implementations is highly desirable
