Clicks IT Recruitment is working with a global client to recruit a UX Strategist to lead the development and rollout of a scalable UX framework across international digital products.
In this role, you'll work closely with the UX Manager and global teams to define and implement best-practice design systems, driving a consistent, human-centred user experience across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for embedding consistent UX practices across the organisation to support the delivery of high-quality digital experiences for both customers and dealers. It involves working with internal stakeholders, vendors, creative teams and partners to understand user needs, develop experience strategies, and translate those into wireframes, prototypes, and design documentation.
- Develop and maintain a shared Design System by working with teams across the business to align on a centralised component library.
- Define and implement processes to regularly audit and govern the Design System, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to identify requirements and support UX adoption through a structured and consistent approach.
- Provide clear documentation and recommendations that support enterprise-wide UX decision-making.
- Facilitate input across UX team leads to help standardise and scale UX methods across products in the Work Site Solutions division.
- Work closely with product owners, designers, engineers (web and mobile), QA, and business leaders to ensure UX approaches are embedded throughout the product lifecycle.
- Document and deliver common UX and product design practices that support scalability and reusability across the organisation.
- Support the development of standardised usability testing and evaluation frameworks with practice leads, aligned to key measures such as SUS, NPS, and continuous improvement goals.
- Apply Agile ways of working and contribute to design sprint activities as required.
- Follow internal governance guidelines to ensure UX work aligns with defined project outcomes and broader business objectives.
Key Skills Required:
- Degree in UX Design, Human Interaction Design, Computer Science or equivalent.
- 8+ years' experience in UX, with at least 5 years leading design and delivery of solutions.
- Strong track record managing UX projects across multiple platforms and products.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience delivering medium to large-scale UX projects aligned with broader business goals.
- Ability to manage changing priorities and work within tight timelines using analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
- Able to prioritise and delegate effectively in fast-paced environments.
- Comfortable working across time zones (Australia, India, U.S.).
- Demonstrated experience designing at scale and working with global product teams.
- Confident in facilitating design workshops and collaboration sessions.
- Skilled in gathering and applying customer insights through interviews, usability testing, surveys and other research methods.
- Proficient with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiar with Agile methodologies and iterative delivery.
- Able to use data and heuristics to support design decisions.
- Strong understanding of interface design standards, usability principles and best practices across web and mobile platforms.
- Experience designing for ecommerce or transactional systems, with an understanding of cart and checkout flows considered beneficial.
