Business Architect
We are seeking an experienced Business Architect to join a high-performing team and play a key role in shaping business capabilities, operating models, processes and transformation initiatives for a major technology transformation project. The project focuses on replacing end-of-life technology with a modern, scalable and secure platform that supports frontline operations and customers, while enabling future enhancements, improved service delivery and long-term business capability.
As a Business Architect, you will provide strategic leadership across complex transformation initiatives, ensuring business outcomes, organisational strategy and future-state operating models are clearly defined and aligned.

Key Responsibilities
- Developing technology and system architecture artefacts (solution designs / blueprints).
- Providing architectural services across a highly complex environment.
- Lead business process improvement and enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Providing guidance through the Architectural Governance process in concert with the Lead Domain Architect.
- Ensuring that project architecture artefacts are produced by the required deadlines set by program, project and/or release timeframes.
- Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships (including Executives, business representatives, project managers, solution architects).
Skills and Experience required:
You will be an experienced Business Architect with a strong background in enterprise transformation, business modelling, process improvement and strategic planning.
- Strong experience in business architecture and enterprise architecture.
- Advanced business modelling and process modelling capabilities.
- Proven experience leading business process improvement and transformation.
- Strong understanding of information security considerations within business and technology change.
- Data modelling and data architecture. Establishing, modifying and maintaining data structures and associated components.
- Emerging technology assessment and technology roadmapping.
- Innovation frameworks and transformation initiatives.
