We're seeking a Senior CIAM Software Engineer (Tech Lead) to lead the delivery of enterprise-scale Customer Identity and Access Management solutions within a modern cloud and security-focused environment.This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you will drive the implementation of enterprise-scale identity solutions, solve complex engineering challenges, and mentor developers while contributing to a significant digital services environment.
As the CIAM Tech Lead, you will combine strong software engineering capability with technical leadership to deliver secure, reliable identity services used by a large and diverse user communit

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of CIAM solutions.
• Design, build and maintain high-quality, secure software.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical leadership.
• Solve complex integration and identity challenges.
• Mentor and support engineers across the team.
• Contribute to solution design, estimation and delivery planning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate identity services across enterprise systems.
• Promote innovation and the use of AI-assisted engineering tools

Skills Required:

• JavaScript and TypeScript development.
• Unit and integration testing (Jest or similar).
• CIAM solutions and identity management platforms.
• OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
• Auth0, Okta, ForgeRock, Ping Identity or similar products.
• AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code or Cursor.
• SaaS CIAM platform configuration.
• Microservices architecture.
• AWS, Azure or GCP experience
