Lead Coordinator ERP Learning Melbourne (Richmond) | 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Lead Coordinator ERP Learning to drive the learning and capability stream of a large-scale ERP transformation program.
This is a leadership role suited to someone who has successfully delivered learning and change initiatives for enterprise-wide technology transformations and can balance strategy, governance, stakeholder management and hands-on delivery.
About the Role Reporting to the ERP Business Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for leading the ERP Learning Strategy, ensuring employees are equipped, confident and ready to adopt new systems and processes across multiple program releases.
You will lead a team of Learning Support Officers, manage vendor learning resources, oversee training design and delivery, and work closely with Change, HR, IT, business leaders and SMEs to drive workforce readiness and long-term capability uplift.

Key Responsibilities Learning Strategy & Governance
- Lead and maintain the ERP Learning Strategy across the program lifecycle.
- Oversee Training Needs Analysis (TNA), curriculum design and learning pathways.
- Govern learning standards, quality assurance processes and learning outcomes.
- Ensure training aligns with organisational change and adoption objectives.
- Manage learning vendors, trainers and content development resources.
- Oversee LMS deployment, learner administration and reporting activities.
- Coordinate training schedules, communications and stakeholder engagement.
- Drive learning readiness activities leading up to key go-live milestones.
- Lead and mentor Learning Support Officers and project learning resources.
- Partner with business leaders, SMEs, HR, Change and IT teams.
- Facilitate executive briefings, manager activation sessions and learning governance forums.
- Establish and manage Super User and Process Champion networks.
- Monitor learning effectiveness through evaluation frameworks and reporting.
- Analyse learner feedback, adoption metrics and capability gaps.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across learning content and delivery.
- Support hypercare, knowledge transfer and transition into BAU operations.
- Extensive experience leading learning and capability streams within ERP, enterprise systems or digital transformation programs.
- Experience delivering large-scale, multi-release learning initiatives.
- Hands-on knowledge of TechnologyOne, SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or comparable platforms.
- Strong instructional design, blended learning and adult learning expertise.
- Experience managing LMS platforms, SCORM deployment and learning analytics.
- Proven ability to lead vendors, trainers and learning delivery teams.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and leadership skills.
- Experience working within Local Government, public sector or complex enterprise environments will be highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of Prosci ADKAR, Kirkpatrick and 70:20:10 learning frameworks.
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).
- Tertiary qualification in Education, Organisational Development, Adult Learning, Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Prosci Change Management certification or demonstrated experience applying ADKAR principles.
- Instructional Design certification or equivalent highly regarded.
- Lead a high-profile ERP transformation program.
- Work closely with executive leaders and key decision-makers.
- Influence organisation-wide capability and adoption outcomes.
