ERP Learning Support Officer - Melbourne | 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Support Officer - ERP Learning to join a major enterprise transformation program and play a key role in the successful rollout of a new ERP platform.
Working closely with the ERP Learning team, business stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts, you will design, develop and deliver engaging learning solutions that help employees confidently adopt new systems and ways of working.
About the Role As the Support Officer - ERP Learning, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining learning content, supporting training delivery, administering LMS activities, and providing post-go-live learning support. This role combines instructional design, content development, facilitation and stakeholder engagement within a large-scale digital transformation environment.

About the Role As the Support Officer - ERP Learning, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining learning content, supporting training delivery, administering LMS activities, and providing post-go-live learning support. This role combines instructional design, content development, facilitation and stakeholder engagement within a large-scale digital transformation environment.
Key Responsibilities Learning Design & Development
- Develop eLearning modules using Articulate Rise and other authoring tools.
- Create Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), instructional videos, user guides and training resources.
- Translate business processes and system requirements into engaging learning materials.
- Ensure learning content is accessible, practical and aligned with adult learning principles.
- Deliver and co-facilitate instructor-led and system-based training sessions.
- Support train-the-trainer programs and Super User networks.
- Manage learner enrolments, attendance tracking and training schedules.
- Package and publish SCORM content within the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Support post-go-live hypercare activities including drop-in sessions, refresher training and targeted coaching.
- Gather learner feedback and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Update learning content based on system changes, user feedback and business requirements.
- Contribute to ongoing capability development and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Experience designing, developing and delivering workplace learning solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Articulate Rise, Storyline, Captivate or similar eLearning tools.
- Experience creating instructional videos, system training materials and Quick Reference Guides.
- Experience delivering instructor-led training in corporate, government or enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE, SAM and 70:20:10.
- Experience working with SMEs to convert business processes into effective learning content.
- Knowledge of learning evaluation methodologies, including Kirkpatrick.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
- Strong written skills with the ability to create clear, plain-English documentation.
- Experience supporting diverse workforces, including frontline and field-based employees.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).
- Tertiary qualification in Education, Adult Learning, HR, Communications or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of Prosci Change Management and/or ADKAR methodology.
- Experience designing and delivering blended learning programs in workplace environments.
