We are looking for an experienced CRM Developer for a government client of ours on a 6-month contract. You will play a key role in designing, developing and implementing CRM solutions that enhance customer engagement and streamline business processes.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and customizing CRM workflows, plugins, reports and integrations
Managing CRM integrations and data migrations
Monitoring performance and resolving technical issues
Providing user support and documentation
Collaborating with analysts and stakeholders to deliver CRM enhancements
Requirements:
5-10 years' experience as a CRM Developer (e.g., Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot)
Proficiency in CRM development tools (Apex, .NET, JavaScript, SQL)
Experience with APIs, data integration, and system optimization
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
CRM certifications and Agile experience are highly regarded
