The Role:

This position serves as the first point of contact for internal technology queries, manages vendor relationships, and ensures smooth IT operations. The role offers a mix of technology operations, stakeholder engagement, and security management, with opportunities to contribute to strategic projects in an investment-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the initial escalation point for internal IT requests, guiding stakeholders toward appropriate solutions.
• Manage daily security alerts and coordinate responses to security advisories.
• Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring service partners meet business needs.
• Support business continuity planning, security reviews, and change management activities.
• Ensure the effective management of laptops, software, cloud, and on-premises workloads.
• Drive technology upskilling through training materials and user support.

What You'll Bring:

• 2+ years' experience in a similar IT support or operations role.
• Financial services / consulting background would be highly regarded.
• A degree in IT, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a related field.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in cyber security, automation (AI, scripting, Azure functions), and process improvement.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
