SailPoint IIQ Lead

About the Role: Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SailPoint IIQ Tech Lead to join their dynamic team. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will play a crucial role in implementing solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ for Access Governance and Life Cycle Management. This position demands a high level of responsibility and ownership from inception through to implementation. You will collaborate closely with business analysts, quality assurance, and project management resources to deliver top-notch solutions. Additionally, you will be at the forefront of researching and developing new technologies, services, and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ for Access Governance and Life Cycle Management.
• Take ownership of projects from inception through to implementation.
• Collaborate with business analysts, quality assurance, and project management resources.
• Proactively research and develop new technologies, services, and solutions.

Desired Profile:

• 5+ years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ with strong implementation, development, and integration experience.
• Expertise in customisation's and creating OOTB Connectors using Java, Java Beans, etc.
• Familiarity with writing custom tasks and workflows using SailPoint API.
• Strong knowledge of Java, J2EE, XML, RESTful Web Services, JDBC technologies, SQL, Maven, GIT, Jenkins, etc.
• Excellent communication skills to interact at all levels.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Good testing principles and defect management skills.
• Ability to contribute as a team member and deliver individually as needed.
