- Lead technical design sessions and produce detailed architecture and integration diagrams.
- Evaluate and recommend architectural changes to optimise platform performance, scalability, and data integrity.
- Ensure alignment with Salesforce's Well-Architected Framework, security model, and enterprise architecture principles.
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and global Architecture teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and technical standards.
- Oversee environment strategy, deployment pipelines, and DevOps processes for Salesforce (CI/CD).
- Stay abreast of new Salesforce releases, technologies, and ecosystem innovations to guide strategic platform enhancements.
Key Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Salesforce solution design and architecture across complex, multi-cloud environments.
- Proven experience defining and implementing Salesforce architecture frameworks, governance, and integration patterns.
- Deep technical knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce Flows.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data modelling, security, sharing rules, and governance best practices.
- Demonstrated experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or equivalent middleware.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD, DevOps pipelines, and environment management (e.g. Git, Copado, Jenkins).
- Ability to lead technical discussions, influence architecture decisions, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.
