Are you a pro - active Data Lead who has proven experience working on large scale implementations and leading data migrations?
You'll play a key role in managing data strategy, migration, analysis, and governance to drive project success and provide valuable insights to support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a data strategy aligned with project goals. Partner with Data Governance team to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
- Oversee data migration processes, aligning with project timelines, data governance and privacy policies.
- Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and insights, driving informed decisions throughout the project.
- Work closely with project managers, HR partners, and cross-functional teams to meet data requirements at all project stages.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain security for sensitive information through regular audits and assessments.
Key Capabilities:
- Skilled in engaging with cross-functional teams and technical/non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to identify issues, collaborate for solutions, and implement effectively.
- Strong in time management, planning, delegation, and goal-setting.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years in data analysis and management, with proven skills in data governance
- Strong SQL command, data modeling, and data analysis skills.
- Experience in large-scale enterprise or transformation projects.
