Service Delivery Manager

Currently they are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to manage an existing support team based in East Brisbane.

This role will oversee technical project management and ensure smooth delivery of client IT solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage project workloads to meet deadlines.
• Maintain prompt response times as per management benchmarks.
• Guide clients from on boarding to support and maintenance.
• Provide comprehensive onsite, remote, and project-specific support.
• Conduct thorough analysis of clients' IT systems and infrastructure.
• Cultivate strong client relationships through regular communication.

Key Selection Criteria:

• 3-5 years of experience managing 5 or more technical staff.
• Proven experience in a similar Service Delivery/ Technical Delivery Manager role.
• Previous managed service provider (MSP) experience will be highly regarded.
• Strong project management and client relationship skills.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve IT system issues.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
