About the Role:

As a Solution Designer, you will play a critical role in designing end-to-end technical solutions that meet the business needs of the organization. Collaborating closely with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams, you will be responsible for developing solutions that are scalable, robust, and aligned with the overall technical strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver innovative, fit-for-purpose solutions across various platforms and technologies.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and project managers to ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Provide expert guidance on solution design best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of solution design processes.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and business objectives.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in a Solution Designer role, ideally within complex IT environments.
• Strong knowledge of solution architecture, integration, and software design.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, and enterprise-level technologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
• A collaborative mindset, with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions that drive business success.
