Your Day-to-Day:

This role focuses on network administration and troubleshooting while offering occasional support for Windows and Office 365. Key responsibilities include:

• Network Administration:
• Troubleshoot and maintain network infrastructure, including VLANs, routing, switching, and VPNs.
• Configure and optimise network equipment to ensure reliable connectivity.
• Monitor and manage DNS, DHCP servers, and other key networking services.
• Technical Support:
• Assist with basic Windows and Office 365 issues.
• Provide support for hybrid environments involving macOS, iOS, and Active Directory.
• Documentation and Maintenance:
• Keep network documentation accurate and up-to-date.
• Perform regular updates and patching for networking hardware.

What You'll Bring:

• 4+ years in IT support, with a focus on network troubleshooting and management.
• Solid understanding of VLANs, switches, routing protocols, and VPNs.
• Hands-on experience with DNS, DHCP servers, and Microsoft Office 365.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, hybrid environments, and MDM solutions like Intune or JAMF.
• CCNA or ITIL Foundation certifications are advantageous.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and a customer-focused approach.
