We think it’s important to make a big deal about it. So, we put the call out for nominations for a Clicks contractor who has shown initiative or gone above and beyond in their role. Whether a rising star or a legend of the game, we think they should be showered with praise and the recognition they deserve.
We got so many outstanding nominations this year. We love reading about our IT contractors’ dedication to their work, contributions to team culture and the quality outcomes they deliver.

Congratulations Adam Hughes!!!
We presented Adam with his prize, a DeLonghi Rivelia Automatic Coffee Machine and hope he enjoys his lattes, espressos or long macchiatos from the comfort of his home. We asked Adam about his win and here’s what he had to say:
Do you think a boost of coffee form your new DeLonghi coffee machine might improve your work performance?
I don’t drink coffee myself, but my wife is over the moon. Winning Contractor of the Year is my boost. Truly thank you again.
Adam, you’re currently at UTS and have impressed your team with your work ethic, skill and level of attention; what do you most enjoy about your engagement at UTS?
I really enjoy the team and relationships we have. It’s great that there is Clicks family within UTS that I look after and whatever will come will always have Clicks in the forefront of my mind when hiring. You guys have just been amazing with always making sure I am up to date with everything. It has been a challenging year for everyone, but the team and work relationships make it easier to see the light at the end of the tunnel.
What do you think it takes to be a standout, award-winning IT contractor?
Being recognised across UTS and with Clicks is a huge stand out and am still in shock that I won. As I mentioned to Ann-Marie, I was speechless. It is truly an amazing feeling to feel recognised. Ann-Marie mentioned there are 150 or so contractors in NSW alone and to be the winner across all states really blows me away.
