Job Brief

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy cloud-based solutions using infrastructure as a service (IaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), and software as a service (SaaS) technologies
• Optimise cloud performance and security, monitor and manage cloud infrastructure, and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Collaborate with other IT team members, including developers, system administrators, and database administrators to ensure successful implementation and management of cloud-based solutions
• Keep up to date with the latest trends and developments in cloud computing technology, and recommend new tools and approaches to improve our cloud infrastructure and applications
• Participate in the development and implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans for cloud-based systems
• Continuously monitor and improve the security of cloud-based systems and implement best practices for cloud security

Requirements and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience working as a Cloud Engineer or similar role
• Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS
• Experience with cloud infrastructure management tools, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
