Multiple Systems Engineer

About the Role

We're looking for a Systems Engineering professionals to lead and assure delivery of complex ICT capabilities in a secure, large-scale environment.

You'll provide leadership across architecture, systems engineering and integration, ensuring solutions are governed, aligned and fit-for-purpose. The role involves driving engineering lifecycle activities (requirements through to test and acceptance), defining integration strategies, and providing independent assurance of technical deliverables.

You'll work closely with stakeholders and suppliers, chair technical forums, manage risk, and support acquisition and transition to sustainment.

What You Bring

You are an experienced engineering lead or senior systems engineer with a track record delivering complex ICT programs in secure or regulated environments.

You bring:

• Systems engineering and architecture experience across large, multi-vendor programs
• Deep understanding of the engineering lifecycle, including requirements, integration, testing and acceptance
• Proven ability to lead technical governance, assurance and integration activities
• Experience defining integration approaches, architectures and technical roadmaps
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to operate at senior levels

Experience in Defence or other secure environments is highly regarded. A Negative Vetting 1 at minimum, Negative Vetting 2 preferred.
