An opportunity is available for an experienced Communications and Engagement Lead to support a high profile Knowledge Management function within a major financial services organisation.
This role will help shape how the department presents its capabilities, communicates with employees and encourages the use of its services across the organisation. You will create an engaging SharePoint intranet experience, develop a departmental service catalogue and deliver communications that make complex topics accessible to a broad business audience.

The role

- Establish and manage an engaging SharePoint presence for the department
- Structure content and navigation so information is intuitive and easy to access
- Create a service catalogue explaining the department’s capabilities, benefits, ownership and contact points
- Develop communication plans that increase awareness and adoption of services
- Produce clear and compelling content for intranet pages, presentations, staff updates and executive audiences
- Coordinate internal roadshows, showcases and engagement sessions
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation
- Turn complex topics relating to knowledge, information, data, governance and AI into practical business communications
- Maintain consistent messaging, tone and presentation across communication channels

- Experience delivering communications or engagement initiatives within a large organisation
- Strong practical knowledge of SharePoint intranets and digital content management
- Experience designing content structures, navigation and user journeys
- Excellent writing, editing and presentation skills
- Previous involvement in service catalogues, communication campaigns or business enablement initiatives
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and technical subject matter experts
- Experience planning roadshows, showcases or organisation wide engagement activities
- The ability to simplify technical information without losing its meaning
