Content Creator with a leading Education provider
ASAP until March 2027 + Possible extension
Up to $800 per day inclusive of Superannuation
Woolloongabba – Hybrid and Flexible working available

An opportunity for an experienced Content Creator (or Learning Designer) to join a small, collaborative team developing high-quality learning resources and educational content. This role is ideal for someone with a strong P–12 education background who understands how effective learning is designed, communicated and delivered in a school environment. You'll work closely with educators and stakeholders to create engaging learning experiences while supporting consistent quality standards across a range of initiatives.

What you'll be doing

• Design engaging learning resources and content.
• Develop digital learning materials using Canva and Articulate.
• Create presentations, infographics and multimedia assets.
• Apply instructional design principles to learning solutions.
• Enhance and refresh existing learning content.
• Collaborate with educators and subject matter experts.
• Review content for quality, consistency and accessibility.
• Provide guidance on learning design standards.
• Gather feedback and improve learning resources.
• Manage priorities within a self-directed team.

What you need to bring

• Strong Content, Learning Designer or Instructional Designer experience.
• Strong Articulate experience.
• Advanced Canva skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to explain and influence learning design decisions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
• Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Demonstrated experience within a P–12 education environment.
• Understanding of school operations, curriculum and learning delivery.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Education, Instructional Design, Communications or similar.

Bonus points for

• Experience designing eLearning solutions.
• Exposure to Power BI reporting.
• Experience developing accessible learning content.
• Previous work supporting schools or education systems.

• Please note that a Positive Notice Blue Card, National Criminal History Check and current Queensland Driver's Licence will be required prior to appointment.
• Hybrid and Flexible work arrangements available (Primary base in South Brisbane).
