MBSE Modelling Specialist

Our client is leading the charge in designing and validating future capability environments that support experimentation, concept demonstration, and integration decisions. This program is shaping the future of deployable ICT systems through cutting-edge digital modelling, standards management, and systems-of-systems integration.

As a MBSE Modelling Specialist, you'll work hands-on with the CATIA modelling tool using SysML to develop and maintain digital design libraries. You'll support planning, documentation, and standards development, while collaborating with capability managers, acquisition teams, and external providers. Your work will directly influence the modelling environment and contribute to the evolution of integrated capability design.

To succeed, you'll bring expertise in model-based systems engineering, a background in software engineering or computer science, and strong communication skills using SysML. Experience with CATIA, NATO Architecture Framework, and Defence systems is highly desirable. You'll be confident in writing technical documentation and engaging with stakeholders across military, business, and technical domains.

Due to security requirements, you must hold an active or reinstateable Negative Vetting 1 clearance or higher.
