About the role
This role supports and coordinates all IT service management functions including change, incident, problem, release, configuration and asset management. You will work closely with technical teams to ensure ITSM processes are embedded, followed, and continuously improved.
What you bring
You have hands‑on experience across ITSM processes and tooling, ideally including ServiceNow. You are process‑driven, detail‑oriented, and confident producing reporting and advising stakeholders on service management outcomes. NV1 clearance is required.
