About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ICT Operations Officer to deliver high-quality end-user support within a dynamic enterprise environment. This role is suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys solving complex technical issues, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service particularly to executive stakeholders.
You'll act as a key escalation point for Level 2 incidents, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary escalation point for Level 2 incidents and requests
- Take full ownership of complex or high-impact technical issues through to resolution
- Provide advanced troubleshooting across desktops, applications, and endpoint technologies
- Support video conferencing systems (Teams Rooms, AV setups, hybrid meetings)
- Troubleshoot printing and MFD environments
- Support Microsoft 365 applications and enterprise systems
- Assist with cloud-integrated services, including Azure and identity management (Entra ID)
About You
You are a customer focused IT professional with strong technical capability and excellent communication skills. You bring a calm and professional approach, particularly when supporting senior stakeholders in high pressure environments.
Required Experience & Skills
- 3-5 years' experience in IT support (Service Desk / Desktop Support / similar)
- Strong experience resolving Level 2 incidents in an enterprise environment
- Expertise in Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11 environments
- Experience supporting video conferencing and meeting room technologies
- Experience with printing and MFD environments
- Familiarity with ServiceNow (or similar ITSM tools)
- Strong troubleshooting skills across desktop, applications, and connectivity
Desirable
- Experience supporting executive or VIP users
- Exposure to Intune, endpoint management, or application deployment
- Basic scripting or automation skills (e.g. PowerShell)
