We are seeking an experienced Azure Cloud Architect to join a high-performing technology team delivering strategic cloud transformation initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in designing secure, scalable and innovative Azure solutions that support modern digital services, AI capabilities and enterprise technology platform
Key Responsibilities
- Design secure, scalable and resilient Azure cloud architectures.
- Establish and maintain Azure Landing Zones, governance frameworks and cloud standards.
- Lead architecture reviews and provide technical guidance on cloud strategy and solution design.
- Drive Azure migration initiatives from on-premises environments to cloud platforms.
- Design and oversee CI/CD and cloud automation practices.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps methodologies.
- Design identity, security and governance solutions using Azure best practices.
- Create and maintain architectural documentation, standards and operational artefacts.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to influence key technology decisions.
Key Skills and experiance:
- Proven experience designing and delivering Azure cloud solutions across IaaS, PaaS and SaaS environments.
- Strong expertise in Azure identity, security and governance frameworks.
- Experience with RBAC, Zero Trust principles and cloud security architecture.
- Demonstrated success leading complex cloud architecture and deployment projects.
- Strong Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps experience.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- The ability to operate independently while providing strategic technical leadership.
- Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Kubernetes.
- Azure AI Landing Zones and Azure AI/Foundry solutions.
- Enterprise-scale cloud transformation programs
