ICT Trainer

• Contract duration: 3 months
• Location: Brisbane, CBD
• Hybrid Engagement

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement high-quality blended learning solutions to support ICT adoption.
• Design learner-focused digital training materials, including simulations and courseware, using tools like Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
• Create engaging activities for virtual instructor-led training sessions.
• Deliver virtual software application training as part of a large-scale transformation project.
• Collaborate with departmental training units to align technology and practice-based learning for a seamless experience.
• Partner with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultural representatives to integrate a cultural lens into training content and delivery.
• Stay up to date with digital learning trends, principles, and technologies to ensure best practices.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across varying levels of technical expertise.
• Prioritise tasks, solve problems, and manage work components to achieve positive outcomes.
• Monitor training outcomes, assess effectiveness, and recommend improvements as needed.

• Demonstrated capability to develop and deliver complex ICT programs with the aim to facilitate adoption of change within large cohorts. Including:
• Designing learner centric digital experiences and resources (using Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate or similar)
• Developing blended learning artefacts
• Designing virtual instructor-led training
• Delivering virtual instructor-led training (through MS Teams).
