Scrum Master
12 month contract
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support the delivery of complex software capabilities within a high-performing, enterprise-scale Agile environment. You will play a key role in enabling effective team delivery, with a strong focus on Agile practices, sprint execution, and fostering a cooperative, outcomes-driven culture.
What you'll be doing
- Leading Agile teams to deliver outcomes within a SAFe environment
- Facilitating Agile ceremonies with clear follow-through
- Promoting Agile ways of working and team collaboration
- Removing blockers to support flow and delivery pace
- Collaborating with engineers on complex delivery
- Partnering with Product Owners to refine user stories
- Supporting alignment with RTE and Program Manager
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Engaging stakeholders with strong communication and empathy
What you need to bring
- Demonstrated Scrum Master experience in enterprise settings (5+ years)
- Proven delivery using Scrum, Kanban and SAFe
- Strong capability delivering Agile coaching in practice
- Extensive experience delivering Agile ceremonies at team level
- Experience delivering with high-performing Agile teams
- Well-developed experience delivering stakeholder engagement
- Consistent experience delivering within large, complex organisations
- Practical experience delivering with Azure DevOps or JIRA
Bonus points for
- Certified experience delivering Scrum Master or Scrum Coach accreditation
- Additional experience delivering as a SAFe Scrum Master
- Prior experience delivering mining or heavy industry solutions
- Broader exposure delivering scaled Agile across multiple teams
- Hands-on experience delivering coaching in technical teams
