Dynamics Developer
5 month contract

In collaboration with the Queensland Government, we are looking for a Dynamics Developer to help design, build and integrate enterprise solutions that streamline digital services. You'll work with a collaborative delivery team to turn user needs into scalable, maintainable Microsoft Dynamics and Azure outcomes delivered to a high standard.

What you'll be doing

• Deliver and extend Microsoft Dynamics-based applications across the program
• Build and maintain solutions in Azure, ensuring reliability, security and performance
• Translate user stories and functional specs into robust technical designs
• Develop C# plugins, JavaScript for model driven apps, and Power Automate flows
• Create SSRS reports and contribute to data and reporting solutions
• Participate in solution design with architects, BAs, SMEs and testers
• Manage source code, branching and CI/CD in a DevOps environment
• Produce clear technical documentation and diagrams
• Identify and reduce technical debt and champion best practices and standards
• Support, mentor and uplift the team's engineering capability

What you need to bring

• 3+ years building Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform applications
• Solid SSRS report development experience
• Hands on C# plugin development
• Confident implementing JavaScript in Dynamics forms
• Proven experience with Power Automate
• Practical DevOps exposure (source control, pipelines, releases)
• 5+ years with the .NET stack
• Experience working in Agile and Scrum delivery teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering or equivalent experience

Bonus points for

• Understanding of government environments
• Experience delivering in complex multi domain programs
• Power BI report development
• Implementing and consuming Web APIs
• Knowledge of modern design patterns and architectures
• Experience with ASP.NET, HTML and CSS
