We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to support the delivery of complex digital capabilities across mining and heavy industry environments. You will play a key role in translating business needs into structured, high-quality solutions, with a strong focus on user stories, workflows, and scalable system outcomes.

Working within an agile, high-performing team, you will collaborate across stakeholders to drive requirement definition, facilitate workshops, develop end-to-end flows, and support delivery to ensure successful implementation of enterprise-grade technology solutions.

• Demonstrated ability scoping clear product requirements
• Proven capability analysing business needs and data
• Strong focus translating problems into user stories
• Solid experience defining end-to-end workflows
• Hands-on approach facilitating workshops and sessions
• Practical ability collaborating with product specialists
• Proven skill breaking features into value-driven stories
• Strong involvement supporting agile ceremonies
• Clear capability resolving conflicting requirements
• Applied experience producing UML and BA artefacts
• Collaborative approach partnering with delivery teams
• Continuous focus driving process improvements

What you need to bring

• Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end Technical BA outcomes
• Proven experience delivering high-quality, well-structured user stories
• Strong experience delivering stakeholder engagement
• Solid experience delivering workshops
• Hands-on experience delivering agile planning
• Practical experience delivering in complex enterprise environments
• Working experience delivering cloud or distributed systems
• Applied experience delivering REST APIs or integrations
• Proven experience delivering structured analysis and workflows
• Extensive experience delivering across full project lifecycles

Bonus points for

• Prior experience delivering mining or heavy industry solutions
• Experience delivering with operational technology (OT)
• Experience delivering process flows using UML or diagrams
• Familiarity delivering with AI tools or automation
