Brisbane based role / Hybrid working arrangement
$900 - $1000 per day inclusive of Superannuation

We're recruiting a Data Migration and Test Coordinator with strong SAP experience to support a major ERP transformation initiative. This role is central to ensuring data accuracy, integrity and readiness as legacy financial data is migrated into a SAP S/4HANA environment, working closely with project teams, technical specialists and business users to deliver high quality outcomes.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate end-to-end SAP data migration and validation activities
• Develop and manage data migration and testing strategies, plans and schedules
• Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Oversee data cleansing, data mapping and transformation for SAP S/4HANA
• Validate migrated data to ensure accuracy, completeness and integrity
• Track, analyse and coordinate resolution of data and testing defects
• Work closely with SAP technical teams and business stakeholders
• Facilitate workshops to confirm data requirements and testing outcomes
• Prepare testing documentation, reporting and audit artefacts
• Ensure compliance with governance, security and quality standards

What you need to bring

• Demonstrated experience coordinating SAP data migration activities
• Strong understanding of SAP data structures and migration concepts
• Experience supporting or coordinating SIT and UAT for SAP systems
• Knowledge of data cleansing, mapping and transformation processes
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a delivery?focused environment
• Relevant qualifications in IT, systems, data or a related discipline

Bonus points for

• SAP ECC6 to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud migration experience
• Background in financial systems or ERP transformations
• Experience working on large, complex SAP programs
• Exposure to cloud-based SAP implementations
• Queensland Government experience highly regarded

Important to know

• This role will work in a hybrid arrangement (3 days a week on site - 2 days work from home)
• Worksite is location in Albion, Brisbane
• Remote candidates will not be considered for this role
