  About the Role:
  
  Are you an experienced and energetic Salesforce expert with a passion for delivering innovative ICT-based solutions? We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Support Engineer to join a dynamic, fast-paced team within a leading government agency's Office of the CIO (OCIO).
  
  As a Senior Salesforce Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and configuring Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Digital Experience applications. You will build end-to-end automated processes using declarative tools, troubleshoot OmniStudio components, perform system administration, and deploy changes via the existing DevOps framework. Your expertise will be vital in investigating issues, evaluating new Salesforce releases, and ensuring data integrity.
  
  
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  
  
  • Maintain and configure Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Digital Experience applications.
  • Build end-to-end automated processes using declarative tools.
  • Troubleshoot OmniStudio components such as FlexCards, Omniscripts, data raptors, and integration procedures.
  • Perform ongoing system administration, including user management, application metrics monitoring, and data integrity.
  • Deploy changes via the DevOps framework.
  • Investigate log sources and troubleshoot API and integration issues.
  • Evaluate new Salesforce releases and provide detailed information on their impact.
  • Develop and maintain process and configuration documentation.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work within an Agile delivery methodology.
  • Develop meaningful event monitoring and alerting.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer and training within the team.
  
  
  Requirements:
  
  
  • Must be an Australian citizen and provide valid evidence of citizenship.
  • Labour hire licenses required for ACT, VIC, and QLD.
