4 ‑month contract Melbourne Hybrid

Join a forward‑thinking council division driving transformation across customer services. As Change Manager, you'll lead impactful engagement activities, design and deliver communication strategies, and ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes. You'll be part of a collaborative team committed to innovation, with flexibility to balance onsite and remote work.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and deliver communication and engagement plans
• Conduct change impact and readiness assessments
• Facilitate workshops, forums, and training sessions
• Monitor adoption and prepare HyperCare reporting
• Provide expert advice to leaders on change delivery

Must have:

• Proven experience in organisational change management
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Certification in PROSCI, PCI, APMG or equivalent
• Ability to deliver training and adoption activities

Nice to have:

• Experience in process improvement or operational leadership
• Exposure to customer service or contact centre environments
• Familiarity with Agile project methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
