Our client is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to drive a complex, high-profile clinical digital transformation program across Victoria's public health system. This is a rare opportunity to lead large-scale change that directly improves healthcare delivery and patient outcomes.

The Role

You'll take full ownership of a multi-stream program, aligning clinical, technical, and operational teams to deliver seamless, technology-enabled transformation.

• Lead end-to-end program delivery across multiple interdependent workstreams
• Drive integration across clinical, digital, and operational domains
• Establish strong governance, delivery discipline, and accountability
• Ensure successful change, adoption, and service readiness
• Manage risks, dependencies, and program performance at scale
• Engage senior stakeholders including clinicians, executives, and delivery partners

🎯 What You Bring

• 10+ years' experience in ICT program/project management
• Proven success in delivering large-scale healthcare or digital transformation programs
• Strong experience in change management, adoption, and service readiness
• Ability to lead complex, high-risk programs with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills across clinical, technical, and executive levels
• Experience managing budgets, risks, and multi-stream dependencies

✅ Nice to Have

• Background in health, digital health, IT, or health informatics
• PRINCE2 (or equivalent)
