Team is responsible for the management and enhancement of various Content Management Systems and Applications. This role is within the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) team and will mainly supply all the required support and enhancements to Content Server Platform as well as level 3 support for basic SharePoint requests.
Key Accountabilities
This role will act primarily as technical analyst for the ECM team and requires skills in handling and solving support requests for various advanced Content Server related requests as well as some basic SharePoint requests.
Work end to end on routine maintenance Content Server (On-Premises version) activities such as updating the Content Server suite where required, apply patches, etc
Well versed with Administration settings of Content Server such as around records management, security clearance, retention, xECM engineering, DMS (Drawing Management Solution)
Provide friendly, knowledgeable and efficient responses to address and resolve service desk requests related to Content Server and SharePoint (basic level) with compliance to applicable SLA
Support other members of the ECM team during times of peak demand (testing, writing documents etc)
Can participate to contribute in Project and Micro Project related activities including development or enhancement of applications.
