About The Role
Our client is an Australian based vehicle solution provider who is looking for a Level 1 IT Help desk Support Analyst to join their Sydney based team. The ideal candidate will need good communication skills as they will act as the first point of contact for IT support issues, both face to face and over the phone.
Key Skills Required
Strong customer service skills and communication is a must.
Ticket logging experience required.
Experience with troubleshooting and helping with technical support requests is essential.
End User device refreshes (Laptops, iPads and iPhones) experience is necessary.
Must have experience with Microsoft Server, Desktop Technologies and Microsoft Office 365.
Understanding of network technologies (Switches, VLANs, Subnets)
Have an independent work approach.
The ideal candidate will come from a MSP background
