Key Responsibilities
Technology Ownership
- Serve as the visionary and decision-maker for technology solutions.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal technology requirements and advice.
- Match business needs with platform capabilities or new solutions, aligning with strategic goals.
- Own vendor relationship management and platform uplift projects.
Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ensure stakeholders receive optimal outcomes from our service partners.
- Act as a proactive liaison, always advocating for Pinnacle and its affiliates.
Technology Upskilling
- Develop and implement education strategies to maintain strong core technology proficiency within the organization.
Technology Operations
- Oversee platform management and support through our MSP, serving as an escalation point when needed.
- Manage security alerts and advisories, ensuring security outcomes are met.
- Lead business continuity planning, testing, and improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate and facilitate external security reviews (VA/PT/Cyber Response).
- Contribute to IT asset management (ITAM) by ensuring data accuracy, validation, and reporting.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality outcomes for diverse stakeholders.
- 3+ years of experience in Tier 1 to Tier 2 IT Suppport in the investment management industry or a similar field.
- Strong integrity, ethics, and professionalism.
- Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in automation technologies
- A strategic mindset with a knack for streamlining processes through technology.
