Clicks IT Recruitment is proud to partner with a prestigious higher education institution undergoing significant transformation. We're currently seeking an experienced Senior Functional Analyst to play a key role in the rollout of a new enterprise-wide Time & Attendance system.

In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary liaison between HR, Payroll, IT, and Operations, ensuring the accurate interpretation and configuration of complex staff and payroll rules within the system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the functional lead for the implementation of the new Time & Attendance platform.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and document system requirements.

• Translate intricate staff entitlements and payroll rules into system configurations that align with compliance and enterprise agreements.

• Support system design, integration, and data migration from legacy to the new STA platform.

• Assist with test planning, data preparation, and execution in partnership with the QA team.

• Resolve functional issues as they arise during development and implementation.

• Contribute to change management efforts including documentation and end-user training.

• Ensure alignment of system configuration with internal policies and enterprise agreements.

About You:

• Demonstrated experience as a Functional Analyst in enterprise-wide transformation projects, particularly involving HRIS, Workforce Management, or Time & Attendance systems (e.g., UKG, NIMBUS Time2Work).

• Proven track record of supporting large-scale system implementations from inception through delivery.

• Deep understanding of scheduling, leave management, labour and pay rules, and employee classifications.

• Experience with SAP Payroll and HRIS integration, including data mapping, interface design, and testing.
