We're looking for an experienced Windows SOE Engineer to play a key role in delivering large-scale workstation migration and modern workplace initiatives.
This role is central to transitioning devices from a legacy to new domain, supporting both technical delivery and strategic uplift of the desktop platform.
You'll join a highly collaborative environment, working alongside infrastructure, security and project teams to ensure endpoint services remain secure, scalable and aligned to enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build and improve the Windows SOE across a large enterprise environment
- Deliver end-to-end endpoint migration and deployment activities
- Lead device transition
- Manage and optimise SCCM/MECM, Intune, Autopilot and Group Policy platforms
- Deliver software packaging, application deployment and patching
- Develop automation and scripting (PowerShell) to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
- Troubleshoot endpoint issues and implement long-term fixes
- Collaborate closely with local and offshore teams to support delivery across regions
What We're Looking For
You'll be an experienced engineer who can operate independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
Key experience includes:
- Proven experience managing enterprise Windows SOE environments
- Strong capability with SCCM/MECM (core platform), Intune and Autopilot
- Experience delivering large-scale endpoint migrations or refresh programs
- Solid PowerShell scripting and automation capability
- Understanding of endpoint security, compliance and modern device management (MDM/Zero Trust)
- Ability to work independently, ask the right questions, and drive outcomes
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and business stakeholders
