Join this dynamic team as a Systems Administrator and take on a key role in the installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of infrastructure components. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring a seamless service delivery experience and achieving internal customer satisfaction.
As a Systems Administrator, you'll support technical projects, assisting in the smooth transition from development to production by providing expert guidance and solutions throughout the project life-cycle. Your role will involve defining technical strategies, performing research and development, and collaborating with operations teams to ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administration & Support of core business applications such as Microsoft products, Active Directory, SCCM, WSUS, and IIS.
- Oversee network services including DHCP, DNS, Group Policies, Distributed File Systems (DFS), IPAM, and KMS.
- Manage Cloud applications like Office 365, Intune, and Mimecast.
- Provide end-to-end management of Messaging platforms, including Exchange, Outlook, and Office 365.
- Administer Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, along with managing Certificates and Print Servers.
- Ensure the smooth deployment of Standard Operating Environments (SOE) using SCCM and maintain Security patches on all systems.
- Virtualisation management via VMWare and Azure, as well as the oversight of critical network applications (Password Manager, Internet Secure Gateway, Antivirus, Firewall).
- Proactively ensure systems are secure with updated Antivirus definition files and manage incident tickets efficiently.

Skills & Experience Needed:
- Expertise with Microsoft Operating Systems, Active Directory, SCCM, Office 365, and Cloud-based applications.
- Experience with Citrix Visualisation, VMWare, Azure, and network management tools.
- Strong understanding of security management, patching, and systems updates.
- Ability to lead projects from initiation to planning, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills, with a passion for continuous learning.
